GENERAL METHOD OF MASSAGE USE AT HOME:




GENERAL METHOD OF MASSAGE:

Lubricate the part to massage.

Massage the left foot, do left ankle joint movement.

Massage the left leg, do knee joint and hip joint movements.

Massage the right foot, do right ankle joint movement.

Massage entire right leg, do right knee and hip movement.

Massage entire left hand followed by wrist, elbow and shoulder movements.

Massage entire right hand followed by wrist, elbow and shoulder movements.

Massage the abdomen, chest and entire back.

Massage head, neck and face followed by neck movements.

Duration: 30- 45 mints.
